Still a balancing act, As being able to Carry an Assault Rifle, Sniper Rifle and setting up briefcase bombs are quite good advantages to having a case. By having the case void frisk detection you also void some of the uses of the agency pickup points (As well as the Concealable pistol, baton and knife).

Oh this would be nice. Would feel like a worthy unlock for the 80+ FC grind. In the meantime, placing the briefcase still works to use it for smuggling items past frisk points, right? (even though it doesn´t have the same cool effect as the “open to show” animation)
Indeed. Wish they´d bring back the ability to be frisked with illegal items (and the associated “punch” option as well).
These are items I genuinely enjoy and was very happy when I first noticed them as unlocks in Hokkaido. That being said, I wouldn´t see it as disrupting the balance that much if a smuggling briefcase for small items was introduced into the game, particularly if locked behind a high FC playwall. I´d certainly welcome it more than a banana (by which I mean if they want to add a banana unlock, they´d better tie it to a single challenge and not 80+ FCs 
).

I am using this thread quite often since I finished my contract mod that allows to specify the kill item. I also used it before when I wondered which DLCs one would need for contracts that are emetic-heavy.
@TalkingTree Would it be okay for you if I edit the top post a bit so segments are opened with the spoiler tag? Also some other minor things.

I just realized, IOI still hasn’t made the pre-order Trinity Pack available as a separate purchase for latecomers.
I think it would be best to expect that when the 1-year anniversary rolls around. Pretty sure they released the Requiem Pack in March when the big 2017 Master Mode update came out.
Hitman 2’s pre-order bonus was included in the Gold/Silver/Expansion DLC at some point in its lifecycle.

I’m still a little salty about that one. They added it to the Season Pass only two months after the game’s release. Guess who paid extra for a Collector’s Edition code from eBay before IOI announced its inclusion into the Season Pass? Yours truly.

They are now officially in the game (at least for HH on 30 November 2021 - HSF will follow on 3 January 2022). 
Santa 47, Snow Festival suit and Ice pick can be removed from Progress transfer to their according places.

Did something changed now with the ET arcade system with unlocking the items? Or is it still for example that when I complete “any elusive target in Santa Fortuna” I get the casual tourist with gloves?

It is not confirmed, but it seems to be the case. Normal Elusive Targets are still in rotation. What is confirmed is that location suits are not unlockable through the Arcade.
But it is probable.
As a matter of fact none of the Elusive Target challenges (target specific, location specific, and track specific) are unlockable from the Arcade, they are nonetheless still visible (with the usual suit rewards) in the Elusive Target submenu in the Career tab.
We might have to wait two weeks for the Heartbreaker mk2 to release.

Great thread about all unlocks amazing work. So it seems I missed one called ‘Lil Flashy’ item (Explosive) is there will be ever a way to get this nice item? Since it’s locked behind temp event which never came back… - Play “The Undying Returns” Elusive Target in Miami… @IOI any chance to allow us unlock paid content to get all items in game! (I’ve purchased all packs and DLCs since Hitman 2016 released)
According to the Elusive Arcade Track 2 and 3 in the game file (will be released in the future), I don’t see The Undying anywhere in that list. So it is safe to assume that we won’t get The Undying again (for the normal Elusive Target) in the future 
I’ll update my guide to put Explosive Pen, Lil Flashy and Florida Fit with Gloves to “Progress Transfer Only” section of the guide soon

Thanks @TalkingTree. All I do is wish the game devs to understand their fans and move the “un-obtainable” unlocks to another task/s which can be obtainable anywhere in latest HITMAN release (e.g. HITMAN3/Trilogy). I don’t see the point to leave that cool ‘Lil Flashy’ robot un-accomplished what do u think?

Well, I’m a completionist, so I’d LOVE to if the dev allowed us to unlock everything. But other people may dislike it since it is like a token showing how they supported Hitman back then. I myself still missed tons of items in this game, so I had to mod the game to give me those items. I recommended playing on Peacock server because everything is unlocked when you launch the game.
And I updated the guide to put H2 ET rewards in Progress Transfer Only section since you cannot unlock it in H3. New “Unobtainable” list:

I have a question: what is the difference between the three coins? I thought they have different color / logos but here it looks like the same.
