As the title says, The official soundtrack is finally available on streaming services listed in the article below. It contains all of the songs that were previously available through your IOI account, as well as newly added songs from Sniper Assassin, Ambrose Island, and Freelancer. It is being distributed by Laced Music, who are also the ones who created the vinyl that is now available for preorder.

This is awesome! At last we have a lot of the music from the games on streaming! Gonna listen to these a lot on Deezer while making videos. Thank you to @IOI_Artjoms for listening, and to @NielsByeNielsen for making this happen!
New music on the streaming OST:
- The Sniper Assassin music (“Sniper Challenge”)
- The Ambrose Island briefing music (“Guns and Gameplans”)
- The Freelancer safehouse music (“Inhale/Exhale” and “Rogue 47”)
- Farah’s Bar music (“Ambrose Island Party”)
- One of the dancing Tango songs (“Invitation to Dance again”)
- The Marrakesh radio music (“The Marketplace”; was on the OG 2016 OST, not a part of Deluxe OST)
Tracks still not listed or released:
- The Planning Screen music
- The Elusive Target briefing music (the 2016 version is partly represented in “World of Assassination”, but the 2 and 3 variants are nowhere).
- Most of the Berlin traversal music is still not accounted for (only the first part while entering and exiting/ in the nightclub rave), so anything that has “psycho strings” ala the Jaws theme has been excised.
- Ambrose Island traversal music is also missing.
- Several of the “Mission accomplished” variants, particularly for Sgail and Hawkes Bay (which are quite unique as things go) are unaccounted for.
- None of the music made for CelebrET’s (understandably in some cases, but PZ Requiem was made by Niels AFAIK, and is not listed here).

The release of the HITMAN OST is good news.
By the way, something I’ve suspected for a while has now been confirmed by this release.
The background music “Maldivian Haven” from the “Haven Island” section of the OST, which can be downloaded from the IOI account with the Deluxe Edition purchase, has the sound cut off at the end.
The data distributed through the IOI account only has a playback time of 3 minutes and 15 seconds, which is 8 seconds short of the version released this time.
I would really like IOI to correct the data distributed with the Deluxe Edition and redistribute the corrected version.

This is why I use YT music over Spotify. You can listen to any music that hasn’t been officially released as long as it’s on standard YouTube.
Those aren’t official mixes though, and have caveats. They are limited by in-game mixing standards (which usually means lacking certain instruments, making it more suitable for gameplay purposes, and is mixed at a lower sampling rate, partly to keep the filesize down, and partly because you’re not expected to hear all the instruments over gameplay sound effects and the like (and you wouldn’t want to, it can get noisy FAST). It doesn’t sound nearly as good as a full-fat mix that an official soundtrack version provides. Compare Rogue 47 to the safehouse Mix on Youtube, and it’s a night and day difference.
Music rips are important, but having an official version that sounds like a piece of music you’d buy on disk, rather than bits of the in-game music strung together, legitimizes the tracks as their own thing; tracks of music on an OST.
Obviously it’s all music anyway, but soundtracks usually provide a “definitive mix” where the composer can go all HAM and make it sound as good as they want to without restrictions.
This is why the lack of Berlin and Ambrose “explore” music is so disappointing.

That’s at least partially covered by the latter quarter of “World of Assassination”, but yes, that should also be its own track.

The nostalgia that comes with this track is hard to swallow.
The only games that come even close for me in terms of nostalgic music are Minecraft and the OG Bandicoot games.

I didn’t catch a physical release was on the table. I’m not really a fan of the games soundtrack. But I’m still willing to buy the vinyl and listen to it by it self.
It might be able to impress me on it’s own. Something I didn’t manage to do in game.
Grateful yet a couple of my fav tracks still miss smh
