That was my worry too because IOI’s wording is very vague about going from online to offline but in contrast their wording is very specific: that signature edition includes Hitman 2 Expansion Pass and Hitman 3 Deluxe
Now Hitman 3 Deluxe can either refer to the H3 era Deluxe Pack which included the Deluxe escalations exclusively or the WoA Deluxe Pack, which included the Deluxe escalations AND the 7DS DLC. But then there’s the fact they mention it includes the H2 Expansion in addition to whatever that is, so all we have confirmed is signature edition includes by default every story map in the game, Freelancer, Contracts mode, Patient Zero, ET arcade, every Deluxe escalation and every Sniper Map. That’s great! But then in addition to the vagueness of 7DS that’s also not confirming if the Signature edition will automatically grant access to Trinity Pack, Sarajevo Six, the Celebrities or the Freelancer cosmetics. I would hope the Signature edition includes everything up to this point, but this is IOI keep in mind so we could just get what they’ve specifically singled out as being included
That’s why I’m worried about the phrasing of the offline features. For me, these words SHOULD mean “the offline and online modes have the same singleplayer progression, with challenges and rating systems intact in order to be kept in a portable context. if you lose a connection however you will get a tiny icon - without interrupting gameplay - warning you of a dropped connection that will lock you out of online leaderboards if you finish the mission without trying to reconnect.” However what IOI tends to mean is “if you get booted off our servers you can press a button to cripple your experience, but you can still play the game (so long as it isnt an escalation, ET arcade match, Freelancer or other online-only singleplayer content). cool huh?”
