You can put any icon from the entire game on signs, chat and more! Sadly, it is only a technical feature for Java at the moment, but with some luck it could be incorperated into survival - a bit like how Terraria has a feature like this <3.

Iron Bars were added on September 14th, 2011 in the Adventure update part 1 lanterns were added April 23rd, 2019 in the Village & Pillage / Texture update and chains June 23rd, 2020 in the Nether update

Okay so I got visited by Blossom!!! which was a really nice surprise!! They made the whole grassy area all nice and cozy, it looks so well lived in now!!! I took Blossom on a great tour of my farm so far which was a treat! Blossom also kindly gifted me a nether portal too!!!

That wheat field is looking so good though, you and Bitterball shall be wheat rivals. He and I tried to get a villager out of a nearby village but mobs came for them and now the village is abandoned 
does anyone know a good way of transporting villagers long distance?

Ideally by boat, push them in or place working places next to the boat and then they stay in until you break the boat.

Travelling via nether tunnels is also more safe then out in the open, plus it’s quicker if you have it built

Hmm I’m not sure how to get the boat around though because it can’t go up blocks (not even slabs). I might have to make a nether portal, though wading through piglins doesn’t sound like the simpler option

You can put them in a boat and use a lead to attach the boat to a happy ghast and fly them over to your place <3
