So we’re not allowed pets in our apartment but our neighbours have an outside dog we get to play with and see every day. The neighbours are cool with it and say the dog is so friendly they have to keep an eye on her because she’d follow anyone who is friendly.
Her name is Ruby.

And my previous cat made my computer overheat by lying down against the fans to enjoy the warm air every time he heard World of Warcraft launch song

What I see on my balcony this past days.
When my neighbors came to say me they would be away for a week, they don’t precise they planned to leave their cat alone outside… She stays here all day meowing to get in. I feed her and really would like to let her in during the nights, but if her owners are capable to let her out for a week, I suppose she is not vaccinated or treated against parasites. I don’t want to take any risks she can infected my cat or something.
I will never understand people who take animals to treat them like that
