Have you ever seen a mod for a ps4 are you serious? Besides Skyrim and far cry 4 and few also no game on console has mods and even those that have mods are toned down if you confront all those that are available on pc

there isnt anything stopping it from being on ps4 other than there not being any official mod support. i dont think its an entirely unreasonable question to ask

Although I agree with you, console modding is a very very small community some might not even know it exists. I only realized it existed when I was trying to play GTA four online and saw some lunatic flying around a toilet and shooting rocket launchers around…
