For those unaware of how to pick locks you basically put tension on the lock so can push up the pins just far enough to get them stuck so they won’t go back down you repeat to do that for all pins (Door locks have around 4). On low quality locks you might be able to use a scrambling tool but 47 is using a pick.
How does he put tension on the lock?

Probably using the same skills that means he can take off someone’s clothes, put them on, and fold his suit into a tidy little bag in less than 5 seconds
