I played the SIX SARAJEVO pack I bought for PS5 Hitman 3, but the pack disappeared, meaning I couldn't play it, and the purchase screen came up again

I bought a SIX SARAJEVO pack in PS5 Hitman 3. I played the pack for a few days, but a few days later, when I opened the pack, I saw that I couldn’t play the chapters in the pack. The purchase screen appeared again on the screen. PLEASE HELP!

That is a weird one! :o Not something I think I’ve read in the tickets submitted so far. Do you have a confirmation mail from PS stating, that you bought them?

Please send me your username or email, which is connected to your IOI Account so we can check the entitlement.

Any screenshots you have would help tremendously :slight_smile:
