Agent 47 as a character is very much up to interpretation when it comes to sexual preference. I myself believe he’s AroAce however a lot of people say he’s in love with Diana or whatever. It’s down to what you think at the end of the day.

47 was made that way for that specific reason and that was to not show any deep emotion, affection etc. He was created for one solo reason and that was to kill.

Yes, he’s a virgin. Unless some orderly at Ort-Meyer’s hospital took advantage of him while he was unconscious from drugs or something. Everything about the character indicates an interest in sexual activity of any kind and to any degree that sits somewhere below zero. And I’m usually the first person who wants the main character of a series to have a romantic connection with another character, so the fact that I absolutely cannot see 47 having any kind of sexual desire or even attraction to or for anybody is significant. So yes, I’d say quite comfortably that he’s a virgin and intends on staying that way. I doubt he’d even do it for the sake of completing a contract, because he’d probably interpret it as a failure in his part to not be able to complete the job without lowering himself to such a base level that other, lesser contract killers stoop to in order to complete a mission.

Doubtful. He didn’t seem particularly pleased with her advances in the first game, and her being surprised to see him in the second suggests he never met up with her again after that.

I agree.
I love reading stories of 47 being in love, or smut about him. It’s a side about him that is very unusual and interesting to dive into. But I don’t think that’s what the developers intention was.
When it comes to Grey however, I think he is the opposite and had quite the fun in his life

I’m kinda halfway on that. I’m sure Grey has had, ahem, some action, but he strikes me more as the type who’d be cautious and curious. I imagine he’s only done it a few times. Could be wrong, but that’s how it seems to me.
And really, I even see Diana as only occasionally indulging. Probably going out whenever she gets the urge, hooking up with some strapping fellow for the evening, leaving a dead man’s trigger in the event she should be killed in such an encounter, and ready to call up 47 in the event that she should be victimized in some other way.

I think it was @Bourbon who once said something like “he fu*ks the pain away” and I think that’s very accurate for Grey. It’s not like he is having an enjoyable love life but more like some… well… slightly violent sexual episode whenever he needs it.
And for Diana, I agree that she has some one night stands here and there. But because her job is her main priority, she doesn’t care so much about relationships. She just needs some… distraction from time to time. Unlike 47, who doesn’t see the reason for such a distraction. It simply doesn’t give him anything 
and he has trust issues

What? Film 47 has an extremely good looking girl on top of him in bed and right after she takes her dress off he uses a knock out syringe to put her to sleep. It was like the one time in that movie where I said “well at least they stuck to that part of the story.” You know, since he and all his brothers apparently always carry two mini sword things in their magic pockets 
off topic but I will never in my life forget that I went and saw it in a theatre with a couple friends and the biggest nerd in our group STOOD UP and cheered when her dress came off. The whole theatre kinda chuckled at him. 17 years later and the poor guy is still single. Oh well.

Yeah, in a rare positive review for a video game movie, which he described as being deserving of some credit for getting right up to the line between video games and art, Roger Ebert even said that he believed film 47 was a virgin, based on his behavior of sedating that girl to avoid having sex with her.
Which makes me realize now, is 47 the anti-Bill Cosby?
