This comes in really handy. I hate beginning a mission without one of the coins in my possession, but I prefer to have the ones found outside because they go along with the ones you find on maps, and they’re easily replaceable if they should be irretrievable during the mission. The problem is, they don’t always show up to take with you. Can take the one on the weapon wall of course, but if that should be irretrievable, I’d have to pay to get it back or wait until the end of a Showdown to get it back, and I prefer to save my money.
With this coin in my possession now, I can take it with me before leaving the safehouse, if the regular coin is present I just drop this one and it goes back to the case. If there are no other coins, I take this one along, and if it should be irretrievable, it shows up in the tool collection box, no issues. This small addition, which I still would have been fine without, does make things a bit more convenient for me.

Know whats weird about the description of the service coin? The fact the collector’s coin has a description that they couldve used, which says “The last thing a syndicate member hears. Persistent across campaigns”. Just cut out the second sentence and youre golden
Itd be cool if on the 25th it lets you pick up the coin in the christmas decorations and that unlocks it in the main game inventory. itd probably be the first time theyve ever unlocked something without tying it to a challenge

This damn coin keeps trying to get away! I received it in a syndicate reward crate and it seems to have learned a lot about stealth by observing 47.

Im doing a rerun of freelancer because I died, lost ALOT which I am not happy about and I was able to buy it from the dealer first time for 500 merces.
