I disabled everything in the HUD category and this still pops up.
Did you go for Extended hints or something?
These settings not in HUD category.

Those settings are in HUD category though.
I don’t have 100% confidence that they are related, but they might be.

Like I said, I turned all of them off and it still pops up. Guess you can’t hide it.
Seems like it’s a “Controls Pop-up” that doesn’t have a setting attached to it.
