I originally owned items from the deluxe package and the trinity package in HITMAN 3. After my account was successfully connected, they were lost, and so were part of my old items from HITMAN 2 and HITMAN 1. How can I retrieve those items?
The missing items are all likely linked to DLC ownership that is missing, not progression. So until such time you restore DLC ownership (buying the DLC), they’ll remain missing.

If you’re talking about Trinity Pack being missed, it’s a preorder bonus, a.k.a. the exclusive pack, which most likely does not carryover.
If you want have it on Steam, you should get it for free when you buy any of HITMAN 3 editions until February 20
