Considering IO’s track record with H3 items, “chances are” it’s probably a reskin only.
But I’m willing to believe if you are!.. The Ducky Gun is a recent example of a free reskin with at least something extra going for it.
(Fingers crossed the other ducky guns get the Quack added in a patch)

guys no joke here but i know we saw the july roadmap but in hitman 3 menu the june roadmap is still there i think ioi forgot to put the july roadmap in the menu screen
Probably just got forgotten about in the rush to get the roadmap out after PlayStation released the trailer for Ambrose Island at the original time instead of this week.

It should have been out by now. Usually, IOI releases content at 3-5PM here in Romania. Sometimes, even earlier. ETs arrive past noon.

Most, if not all, content that gets announced is usually released past noon here. I woke up before noon and at around 12:30 I killed the Revolutionary. Idk.

Are there still time zones in the 13th?
In the discussion tab of the offline elusives mod there’s a few people who are complaining about this and assuming that the mod is what is causing the guards to look like that. The creator of the mod has repeatedly said it has nothing to do with them, but no one listens.
