Le Chiffre ft Mads Mikkelsen Elusive Target (June 6 - July 6 2025)

Oops. They forgot to remove the camera in the giftshop you put the bomb in during the Mission Story in The Showstopper.

Wow did I have fun with this!

I’m all for seeing Smith pop up here and there, and then on top of it he’s competent and useful! I made it to the antidote my first time, but I went straight back and played again once I saw it here that they had multiple paths built in. Super fun! I still haven’t become the dealer, but I want to try that soon. I also want to take out the general and see what happens.

I really hope someday we can have all the ETs pushed to the offline version. I’d pay a few bucks for the entire set, but I believe right now they are only available online )=

Anyway I hope we get a few more fun ETs.

What a great ET! It really felt like a proper new mission, and the changes to make Paris into a casino were extensive. The Showstopper mission is very Bondian anyway, and so to make it into basically a playable Casino Royale is a perfect way to tie in to the new Bond game. Even down to little details like both Bond and 47 having a CIA agent ally at the poker table…

My only complaint is I wish it was a bonus mission instead of an ET, or maybe a small-scale new map, but hey ho. Good fun!

Has anyone found a way to regain your items after being captured? Or are they just completely deleted?

As far as I am aware, after the cut to the basement, everything you came in with is gone. Found this out in Arcade Mode, so when doing the real ET, before getting escorted up to the poker game, I dropped my pistol, fiber wire, lockpick and coin in the empty kitchen near where the interrogation takes place. They are still there after the event, so if you don’t want to lose your items, drop them someplace they won’t be found by a wandering NPC before you go upstairs to the game.

Yeah I know about dropping stuff, but it’s still annoying to lose keys and the Camera.

Do you need the camera? Or the keys?

Yes, I need to take cute ducky pics.

This is yet another Celebrity Elusive Target that makes me wish they did Special Assignments for them instead of ETs

Ironically, the CelebrETs have more effort put into them than the actual Special Assignments.

The SpAs that we got really should have been ETs.

This ET is so much fun! I don’t want it to end because I want to explore everything, there is so much! Very nice work

So, one thing I noticed about this mission is that Vicente Murillo is described by Diana as a fascist dictator in exile, which is different from what is established in his backstory in his own mission.

Not completely. It’s more of a simplified version of it. Vicente, according to his own bio, is indeed in exile, and has been for a while, and since he started up his own group after the one he rose up through failed, it can be considered he’s more accurately a fascist dictator-wannabe. Diana was just shortening it.

Hmm. Well, if you say so

Can anyone explain to me what the intel thing is about obtaining a ton of chips? I’m thinking early on you had to have the money to bribe the dealer but it got dropped? It appears top left screen during the playthrough once Diana mentions getting to him instead of actually beating Le Chiffre and it’s a giant number. Much more than you can obtain in any reasonable amount of time downstairs in the casino.

They need like 100 more of these

It is the 250 million that 47 offers to bribe the dealer with, the prize sum for the gambling event.

I’m unsure, but winning the game didn’t make the top left indicate that I had acquired the chips.
