Make a funny target

As someone who recently finished the series for the first time, this would be a great target.

The other day, I was just reminded of another game where you can use disguises:

Mission: Capture the Flag
Teufort, New Mexico

Briefing:

Good morning, 47. Welcome to the town of Teufort, New Mexico. This small town in the middle of the badlands might not look like much, but in reality it’s the center of an endless conflict known as the Gravel Wars. The factions involved are two companies who have employed mercenaries from all over the world: Builders League United, AKA the BLU team, and Reliable Excavation & Demolition, AKA the RED team. As of now, both teams have reached an impasse, and that is where we come in.

Our client, an anonymous member of the BLU team, has contacted us for assistance in their latest operation. The RED team currently holds a valuable briefcase containing intel in their base that the BLU team wishes to capture. However, one person is their biggest obstacle: Dell Conagher, the RED team’s brilliant engineer. Originally from Bee Cave, Texas, Conagher earned eleven PhDs before he was hired to develop military technology for the RED mercenaries. His variety of inventions have been able to turn the tide of many battles in the RED team’s favor, including an automated turret and a medication and ammunition dispenser, making him highly regarded within the organization. For the past few days, his obsessive dedication to fortifying the defense of the RED base has made it nearly impossible for anyone to come close to their intel. If he is eliminated, it is believed that the BLU team will be able to launch a successful attack and complete their objective.

Curiously enough, our client also wants us to eliminate a mercenary on their own team: Jeremy Vetterlein, the BLU scout. The cocky Bostonian is a member of the team’s offense, whose aggressive hit-and-run tactics focus on getting to the front lines and finishing conflicts as quickly as possible. This has proven to be ineffective in the current situation, and our client believes that he has become an active hindrance to the BLU team. We have been provided with a long list of grievances compiled from their fellow teammates, including “theft of medication from those in need”, “choosing to engage the enemy in combat instead of completing the objective”, “refusal to cooperate with teammates”, “inappropriate use of empty milk bottles”, and “generally being a pain to deal with”. The client believes that simply firing him would be ineffective, as it would lower morale and create a scenario where he would be likely to retaliate. As such, he must be eliminated. Today is Vetterlein’s day off, so this should provide you with multiple opportunities to catch him away from the BLU base.

It is not necessary for you to capture the RED team’s intelligence, since the elimination of your targets should expedite the BLU team’s mission, but it is worth noting that you will be awarded a bonus if you can do so successfully. Remember, we are dealing with mercenaries, so your targets and their associates will be experienced, unpredictable, and dangerous. Exercise caution.

Mission begins in sixty seconds…

Objectives:

Eliminate Dell Conagher
Eliminate Jeremy Vetterlein
Optional: Capture the RED intel

Simon Lindwall a former character concept artist at IO gave some of us hints on what some of the cut ETs were going to look like and this dude is Daniel Vestergaard alias “The Tourist” (codename Pilser),
description from Simon:

“Pilsner was a drunk, overweight dane in speedos… not sure if he had much more on than that. I could be wrong, but I think Rasmus (another concept artist) based him on the Danish prime minister at the time.”

Here’s your context

Large Marge’s death in the mid-70s was no accident. Ort-Meyer had ordered some crucial equipment for his latest batch of clones he was about to produce, but in their transit across the US before being loaded on a plane to Romania, the driver of the truck carrying the cargo, Large Marge, became delayed because of her rivalry with another trucker over who was the king of America’s highways, causing the delivery of the equipment to be delayed to the point where Ort-Meyer couldn’t use it on the batch of clones it was meant for and an entire crop was lost.

Enraged at the massive loss due to the negligence of an arrogant American trucker, Ort-Meyer sent adolescent Subjects 6 and 47 to America on their first commissioned hit, to kill Large Marge in retaliation, resulting in Subject 6 distracting the rugged trucker at a refueling station long enough for 47 to sabotage her rig, resulting in “the worst accident I ever seen” for many who knew her, and dispatching Large Marge into the afterlife.

The one on the left is the client, the one on the right is the target. The reason is pretty obvious.
