It appears the game update has broken many variations, including the two Whittleton Creek ones I only just released, and I think night Haven
Not sure why yet, was hoping to be releasing a mini update right now but this has been a big setback 
EDIT: False alarm… looks like I just needed a fresh re-deploy… even though I already did one earlier today 
But please report any variations that are broken as there are too many for me to check one by one
Smaller update today (was meant to be yesterday). Just adds The Drop to sunset Berlin for a bit more variety (It adds a lot more variety than probably anything else on Berlin, even though it’s still not a giant amount). And I decided to give New York a variant for the sake of it but couldn’t figure a reasonable way to get the water drops off the windows so… don’t @ me.

Hey any chance to put The drop on Berlin Egg hunt or seperate map night? The sunset berlin fps drop stuck my pc all the time and i put off it from mods
I was considering it but on Easter won’t work because bunny mask outfits conflict with Club Boom outfits.
For now I will leave it because I don’t want to dilute the amount of variants by adding a duplicate night The Drop, and I want to keep Sunset as having something actually different about it than just a lighting change.
This is also the first time I’ve heard of someone having performance issues/freezes on that particular ToD. No matter how crap your PC is it definitely shouldn’t be happening once you’re inside a room

I was playing last night and one of the targets was up on the roof above where the ICA facility is in Chongquing (the roof where all the drones are). I happened to get a modded version (I think it was the noodle massacre) and I had forgotten just how much work went into that mod. There’s a whole party going on up there with assets from Miami and stuff and it totally changes the atmosphere of the level!
Actually, IO Interactive should add your mod to the game officially and pay you tons of cash for it.

Let’s say I was turning the train into a workable variant, which map slot would you rather it use?
Ideally it must be a Season 3 map otherwise I have to copy the season 3 specific files (chunk2) to the base game so it won’t crash when launched from a map slot that’s outside of season 3. I’ve never tried but it might cause chaos with the game, or at least other mods.
I’m thinking of Ambrose because that’s the only map with no actual variants to it (Due to lack of IO content), just simple ToD changes

Avoiding Berlin because it has actual variants already not just mere ToD changes (Same as Dartmoor).
I decided to leave Chongqing as an option because China’s the end of one of the real life Russian railways and some people just may not like Noodle Massacre (for who knows what reason)
And I left Dubai and Mendoza as options because their only variation is an ET version
This train level would be great for your mod, since it reminds me of the old school James Bond film ‘From Russia with love’ for some reason.
Is there a vanilla map in Freelancer you would replace with literally anything else or remove if you had the chance?
Survey may be used in deciding where to add future maps that do not currently have Freelancer enabled
Personally when it comes to Freelancer Variations mod, my favourite part of it is the whole randomness factor when I don’t know what version of the map I’m getting.
That leads to situations when I might get lucky with easier variant or unlucky like with vanilla Colorado or ETs Bangkok.
That being said, having every single variant enabled (including vanilla) is a main part of experience I appreciate so much here.
