All I want to know is if I have to reinstall the game, will I have to start all over again, or is all my progress saved on the IOI servers?
That has nothing to do with my mod, so why are you asking here? Go over to the Freelancer thread and ask. I think itâs server side but go ask in a more relevant place and maybe they will know
It is a Freelancer-related issue, as it is happening not only on Xbox but also on Steam, where I have the Variations mod running. The video shows 47 on the way to Chongqing, and then it crashes.
Not sure if this is a vanilla bug or not, but Iâve never encountered it in any others maps. I was trying to do a âKill target on way to meetingâ showdown in Hawkes Bay and the Target was not carrying the right phone compared to the âhidden leader cluesâ. My target was supposed to be part of the Business Agenda but was actually holding a Secret Meeting phone.

Dammit, itâs like the work I specifically did in last update just⌠didnât actually work. For some reason all I did was paste in the vanilla co-ordinates of the clues, not the new co-ordinates I came up with. The editor I was using mustâve disconnected mid game and I didnât realise the co-ordinates werenât changing when I moved them to new spots
Re-doing all that work again right now
I canât really think of a way that itâs caused by my mod. All I do for custom maps like Hawke Bay is copy everything from an existing freelancer map (Probably Chongqing in this case) and just give everything new positions. I donât do anything resembling touching inventory or traits etc. Probably a vanilla bug, feel like Iâve heard console players complaining about this occurring.
1.9.4 - Christmas Casino
Originally I wasnât going to because it was a hassle for various reasons, but @Kercyx decided to take care of the hassle for me, so instead of a 5th Paris variant which was going to be The Banker + Night, weâve added the casino to the Holiday Hoarders variant. Long story short there are now no HH targets or Santa, and the free gifts across the map have been removed, but in my opinion these are all improvements. Iâve also made slight tweaks to The Banker (Murillo can now enter combat with his pistol, some casino patrons were given more variety, blah). Please report if there are any issues, particularly in showdowns as I wasnât able to test them very thoroughly.

Well admittedly I rarely do the âeliminate target on way to meetingâ. My playstyle is to get a perfect run in every map and I usually save the showdown map for a map without a target kill condition so I have more options for my prestige obj. Unfortunately this time every map in the syndicate had a kill condition so I had to pick âeliminate on way to meetingâ as the map already had an axe kill condition.
So that being said Iâm no expert on that objective but I have only ever encountered it in Hawkes Bay. Just sharing my observations. But youâre right it does sound like a vanilla bug. Maybe if you can remember what map you copied everything from we could see if the bug could be recreated in that map.
It appears it wonât deploy! No idea why my own last deploy didnât pick that up

UPDATE: There was a bug where if you got the red carpet spawn you would appear floating above water⌠it has NOW been rectified, re-download from Nexus yet again
Didnât take the time to explore it super well yet, but I am liking the Christmas-Casino combination in terms of atmosphere!
Only issue so far: A crate thatâs obstructed by some of the new objects in the dressing room/library.
Ah poop, Iâll have to have a look at all of them in the coming week. To be honest I didnât actually look at anything freelancer specific apart from the suppliers
Figured thereâd be nothing like that in the catwalk room, and all the other rooms are basically the same, leaving just the makeup room there
The mod is under moderation at Nexus. Where can i download the latest version?
