I think you’ve confused a thread with this one
Anyway, is there any Toy Story links in this cartoon?

There’s a few fun references, but I’d say you can watch this movie without ever seeing the Toy Story movies. I still haven’t seen Toy Story 4.

Yes, but Buzz Lightyear originated from these series, so…
At least you will know who he is and where he came from

How can you have Grant Morrison writing your script then just reject most of it just so you can shove Multiverse stuff in there haphazardly? In fact why wouldn’t you let them write it? Morrison literally is the them that created the best cosmological model of the DC Multiverse (Post-Crisis).

I say this a long-time fan of the view-askewniverse. This movie will absolutely bomb at the theater and then gain a cult following when it’s available digitally. I predict a theater run of about 2 weeks.

Did I see Ben Affleck in that ?

You sure did! Wonder if Matt Damon shows up too?

Welp I can talk about this now since the trailer leaked earlier and forced the companies hand. The Halloween Ends trailer dropped early.

That being said, it’s a good trailer. But they spoiled the twist of the movie which could of been easily edited out.

For the sake of people who want this information now and don’t care. Here is a brief synopsis of the film and it’s twist ending since Universal is shitty with keeping spoilers out of their movies

Halloween Ends true protagonist is a male lead named Corey Cunningham who is traumatized after accidentally killing a kid he was babysitting in 2019. In 2022 Corey encounters Michael Myers who is hiding in the sewers and attacks Corey, but he survives the encounter. Due to Corey’s trauma he manifests it by adopting the Myers persona that plagues Haddonfield after the slaughter that happened in 2018 during Halloween (2018) and Halloween Kills. Due to this murders start happening around Haddonfield. Some from Myers and some from Corey over the course of a week during October 2022.

Something I only just discovered the existence of: a Dungeons and Dragons movie out next year.

I have nearly no knowledge of DnD so as a total novice: this looks like a really fun and action-packed Fantasy movie. Hopefully it’s faithful to the source material for the fans.

More John Wick goodness coming in March.

This film looks G O R G E O U S

And a very nice teaser that doesn’t reveal all that much.

Oh hey Namor and the Atlanteans is going to be in it, he is the first actual mutant in the MCU.

EDIT: I love how you were “Oh this doesn’t reveal much” but I am like “Oh shit is getting moderately interesting”.

I’m quite sure I’m in the minority, but I wish they’d recast instead of doing this.

I can’t speak to what Chadwick would’ve wanted, but if I was playing a character that was this important to so many people I wouldn’t want the character buried with me in the case of my untimely death.

Film looks stunning though. Truly. Looking forward to it.

Which is why, in the highly unlikely event that I should ever become a move star who portrays a universally loved version of a popular character, it will be a stipulation of my contract that in the event of my untimely death, the role be recast and not retired. Between the issue of Black Panther from Chadwick Boseman’s death, and the talk of retiring live action depictions of the Joker after Heath Ledger’s death, I find it more offending that the actor’s work on a character can’t be continued by another who loves doing the same work, than continuing on after a death. I realize that a death is the realest and most sorrowful thing that can happen, but that should not be ground to deprive both audiences and other qualified actors from enjoying the art that the deceased actor committed themselves so strongly to.

Is this real even. Idk.

God I hope not, Heat needs a sequel the same way an ice block needs a radiator.

Yes, but i’s referring to the upcoming book, not a movie.
