Great. That gives me a new headcanon for that, other than the obvious of just excising The Disruptor from canon completely, assuming it ever was. But now, I can definitely say that The Disruptor for his ass kicked and ended up at GAMA, having a dream that it was 47 who did it. And now, we can say he witnessed the Wizard fight, then later challenged Quinn himself, Quinn nearly killed him, and now he’s dreaming that what happened to the Wizard happened to him as a coping mechanism. 47 nearly killed him, not Quinn, in his dream.
Good to see “McGregor” is back. They seem to give Quin a unique face too, I wonder if they did more changes to the mission besides that.
Since there will be new items with this pack, what will happen with the existing items from The Disruptor pack? They wouldn’t just remove them right? Will they keep them unobtainable? If that’s the case, then they missed the whole reason people wanted The Disruptor to return to begin with.

This shouldve been a special assignment imo, adding in some extra opportunities for example wouldve really helped this stand out from the actual mission
one thing i immediately noticed when going to Quinn is that his head and torso are different colors so you can clearly see a mismatch of colors between his torso and head

IO is hilarious, they’re such a dichotomy of a company. On one hand they’ve proven to have amazing attention to detail and care for some of their products (Bond being the latest example), but on the other hand there’s things like this. I can’t help but laugh at the fact that this actually got past quality control.

Quinn’s new face and bloody texture mismatch has been mentioned, but how about this: The Zen Master is a new model as y’all can see. When you put on his disguise you also put on a very prominent and obviously fake twisted goatee… which means the Master is faking his lame little beard. Haha.

Impossible to win a situation like this for IOI. People have been complaining about not getting the Disruptor for ages, and suggesting a reskin. As soon as they do it, other people start complaining that it’s a reskin.
I mean, to be frank I feel like someone who payed for the original Disruptor before it was taken off the store probably shouldn’t have to pay full price for this. Yes, you’re getting the new items, but the experience in terms of gameplay (and the way the map is rebuilt) is bound to be almost identical.

Not really. Sure, it is now, but way back when during the very start of their deal with McGregor, he was already alleged to have done what he did. From that alone, IOI could have avoided two years of controversy and just not done that. They could have won from the very beginning, but chose the poorer path, and now here we are.

The DJ disguise you can get doesnt seem to have any new mission stories. Which is a shame because I think a very obvious one would be if you use the DJ booth you could play something really silly and that angers him enough to either come outside or maybe he loses his concentration and gets beat up

I can already imagine IOI adding a new step into every design process now: “Future/Present personal background verification” for every new character 
I do like the fact that they added a real person to the reveal - that’s a nice touch, and honestly it should be done for every new celebrity addition (except Bruce Lee, for obvious reasons).
But if they already decided to replace McGregor, then they should’ve gone with another fighter, not a rapper - that part I really don’t like. Besides, who even is this guy lol?
I also don’t like that owners of The Disruptor mission have to pay full price again for essentially the exact same mission. That’s not fair. It’s not the players’ fault that the person the company chose ended up involved in scandals. The consequences of that decision should fall on IOI, not on the customers.
I understand that hiring a new celebrity costs money, but owners of The Disruptor should get at least a 50% discount on this package. In this case, it honestly feels like a scam. I’ve always bought every DLC, but in this case I’m going to pass. Or I’ll wait until it gets a really big discount.
Sorry IOI, but this kind of move is anti-consumer - not to mention a pretty below-the-belt one.
