New Celebrity Elusive Target #39: The Wizard ft Wiz Khalifa (June 5 - July 5 2026)

While the core gameplay is the same, there are some differences. Notably, the trainer is different, the fight itself is longer, and there is now a DJ that will play music. Beyond that it’s mostly the same.

What @schatenjager said, but also some of the dialogue is slightly different to accommodate the change in target. Also, the feel is different; The Disruptor mission felt over the top along with the target, this version feels more serious.

There aren’t really “gameplay” changes, no. The mission story fight unfolds slightly differently. The new target takes a smoke break, opening him up to a leaky propane. There’s a DJ who plays your song when you step into the fight.

It’s a reskin+.

Yeah, pretty much every Disruptor kill opportunity I tried worked exactly the same, but I did notice the differences in tone and dialogue for sure.

Stupid Nvidia app cut off the vid in the end and ruined my flawless SASONKO fiber wire. Didn’t even run out of storage or anything like that. Captured the kill tho, so that’s something.

The missing part is just me escaping via helicopter. Also put the score screenshots in the end.

Same kill I previously did in this ETA lvl 2, except here I’m needlessly backtracking all the way to the boat to escape. Also did the mission story on lvl 1.

As for the mission itself, it is better than The Disruptor: cooler target, nice tunes, Quinn’s master now has a proper outfit instead of being a random goon. Loved the DJ part they added and Ave Maria mix as 47’s intro.
The only flaw is the visible seam between the bloody head and clean torso. Shouldn’t have used the bloody head at all then.

the recent hotfix fixed tim quinn’s torso being blood-proof.

He looks properly messed up. Good to see it being fixed so soon.

I finally played it today. I didn’t like the Disruptor and so naturally I don’t fancy this one as well.

I did dislike McGregor even before he was added to the game so his absence makes this ET bit better.

However I liked that rave version of Ave Maria that played when 47 entered the arena.

Also I don’t know if it’s because of McGregor’s absence but the overall vibe is better here.

Didn’t even know that was a thing, since I’ve barely touched this as its mostly a reskin.

I assume this is the track?

I’m imagining Diana contacting the DJ prior to the mission so they have the right song ready.

The Wiz isn’t such a hard man. In fact, did you know that Agent 47 can knock him out with a single hit?

(sorry for my dumb video, but I woke up this morning with this stupid idea and just had to record it)

Copy pasting my thoughts from youtube:

The ET is alright, the original ET was alright and this is that same mission but with better decorations and a slightly longer routine but i think that my biggest issue is they couldve done more with it considering they had an extra month of dev time to work on this. The DJ couldve been a mission story in itself, maybe give Quinn Atlantide and play a record to hype him up and maybe he beats Graves himself or perhaps the Master of Ceremonies disguise could also decide on matches and if you decide in Quinn’s favor maybe Graves will get really angry and go to Quinn’s training area and you’d get new opportunities. Maybe since Quinn’s trainer is now a unique disguise perhaps you could go and talk to Graves and pretend to be double crossing Quinn and that gives an opportunity for a unique method, like maybe Graves will meet you in front of the Iron Maiden or starts staring off that cliff near where he starts. IOI could maybe have put the pills from the Bruce Lee ET that make the person lethargic into the map, you could spike the Atlantide with that so Graves loses to Quinn. This is just me spitballing

I’m glad that the Hokkaido cutscene was removed in this “remake”.

It was obviously pushed there by McGregor himself and it’s just pathetic.

I’ve put this one off for a while. I haven’t seen this done yet…

Led him away as the Master of Ceremonies, then blasted Graves into a… Grave.

I used a silenced shotgun and several shots to his legs and feet to get him in there. Would’ve done it with the striker, but didn’t want to risk losing SA. Perhaps a sniper rifle could’ve done the job, getting him airborne and into it.

Eww not that grave, the lover skeletons never asked for a threesome :confused:

(a sniper would probably have worked, but there’s a high chance the Striker would have just sent him flying over the tomb since its ragdolls are way too powerful)

So after Update 3.271, if the player…

  1. wears Event Staff outfit;
  2. at the upstairs VIP Lounge bar where you can poison the target;
  3. uses blend-in to place Atlantide bottle on counter, set a drinking glass on counter, pours Atlantide, adds lethal poison to glass;
  4. serves the poisoned Atlantide to the target;
  5. remains in blend-in mode after target dies of poisoned Atlantide

…one of the Guards (I do not know if it’s one of the target’s bodyguards or an unaffiliated Guard), can and will see through the outfit and the blend-in to accuse player, breaking SA.

Does blend-in not convey immunity to suspicion?
Or is close proximity to death the factor?

I could not exit blend-in immediately (and leave the VIP Lounge area) after poisoning the target as the pair of map-patrolling Elite Guards (one of them is enforcer to waiter outfit) paused as the target collapsed in front of them, delaying my departure. When the pair resumed walking and passed through the gate, the Guard became suspicious almost instantly.

Best regards.

For quite some time, I think at least since H2 was released, although I could be wrong about that, blending in does not work to avoid suspicion from enforcers or any NPC who develops an enforcer dot over their head, when they spot or are inspecting a dead body. It can let you hide from them in any other scenario, but when its due to a body being investigated, especially the NPC who bags them up, who remain for an extra amount of time and move around a bit, making being spotted easier, no blend in action of any sort will work. You must be completely out of the field of vision, either beyond the range or having something between them and you to block their view, in order to not get spotted during this time. This is effective across the entire game.
