If you are on PS4:

• Take the screenshot
• Send the screenshot in a chat
• Open the PS app on your phone
• Go to chats
• Download the image from there to your mobile device

If you are on PS5:

• Take the screenshot
• Make sure that the screenshot is auto uploaded to the PS app
• Open the PS app on your phone
• Go to Game Library
• Go to Captures
• Download the image from there to your mobile device
