[notes to self that if you don’t have anything nice to say about Unshaken then don’t say anything at all]
this is the one celebrity death that’s truly devastated me, one of the greatest artists ever
Even more bad news.
Not to be ghoulish but do ya think they’ll bury him in the KISS coffin?
This is actually old news but I just discovered this… the main composer and audio director for Cult of the Lamb has died earlier this year. ![]()
He supplied new tracks for each and every single major update since the game came out. I fear that maybe, he might have passed before any work had started on the Woolhaven DLC for next year.
I didn’t know the guy obviously but he sounds really cool. He will be greatly missed, I love all the music in the game. ![]()
“From the first note of music to the voice of every single Follower, Narayana is woven into the soul of Cult Of The Lamb. The game and the studio wouldn’t be what it is, and won’t be the same, without him. Narayana would want you to take a moment to look at nature, to touch your feet to the earth. He would want you to listen to his music and remember how much it meant to him to share it with you all.”

We got no Dick.
Goddammit, God, you keep taking the wrong people at the wrong time! Nobody cares about Cheney anymore, you needed to take him before he whispered into W’s ear that we needed to invade Iraq again. The guy who is causing the problems now is actively in the White House and he’s literally set up the scenario for you on a gold, ketchup-smeared platter!
Some of them will be pointed at Iraq as well.

He was one of my favorite actors
Heineman won the Space Invaders US national championship in 1980, before going on to co-found Interplay in 1983, alongside fellow developers Brian Fargo, Jay Patel and Troy Worrell.
That studio developed and/or published the opening works in several foundational series in PC gaming with the first two Fallouts and Baldur’s Gates, alongside an array of other classic games. While at Interplay, Heineman designed and programmed games such as The Bard’s Tale 3: Thief of Fate and Dragon Wars, before going on to found or co-found Logicware, Contraband Entertainment, and Olde Sküül.
A transgender woman, Heineman received a Gayming Icon award from Gayming Magazine in 2025, with the site writing: “Her advocacy for LGBTQ+ inclusion, accessibility, and diversity in tech has inspired countless developers and players.”
She’s now rejoining her wife, and ttrpg legend, Jennell Jaquays who passed away last year.
Oh no! Absolute legend. Just about two weeks ago I was wondering what he’s up to and if he’s got any new projects.
Rip comrade Yuri!
Saw him live twice. Was always a treat:
