How awesome it would’ve been to board the train and get to the other side of the map in a fraction of a second?
A floor of that green neon sign building could’ve been hosting an underground/illegal gambling event. Somewhere where Hush could roam with a certain trigger. I found his current routine a little bit lame.
I know this is pick three but I’m going to do them all or at least nearly all of the. And I’m going to treat them as bonus mission areas🤷
Paris: Daytime at lunch, out on the helicopter part either a wedding venue or some kind of event all the palace closed off apart from the back which leads to the auction room which could be like a private tea room for the rich locals. Or have the catwalk elements and whole fashion theme completely stripped away and just be a palace.
Sapienza: honestly it’s had it’s time I think of just leaving as it is with 4 missions (5 if you count Sarajevo mission).
Marrakesh: I don’t think it needs anything else.
Bangkok: all the club 27 things taken away and made into an actual hotel in terms of missions I’m not sure.
Colorado: interesting one but maybe something like a little farm sale market all the militia stuff is taken away there’s security guarding off the farm house making it inaccessible and having the market areas around the green house and demolition areas and maybe outside the barn.
Hokkaido: I’m not sure for this map so I’ve not really got anything for this
Hawkes bay: a beach house party with surfing and jet skis with new owners who bought the house after Reynard died.
Miami: honestly something like night at the museum would be sick where it’s midnight and the whole racecourse side is on patrol by guards and there’s a secret meeting going on in the paddocks building whilst the expo building is open with all the lights brightly on and people are cleaning up and stuff. Or the flamingo hotel being accessed
Santa fortuna: Night time version in the village, manor closed off and coco fields and there having a night of the living party.
Mumbai: rainy day, vanyas area taken over by female assassins such as the nuns👀.
Whittleton creek: Christmas or Halloween themed map, snowy Christmas morning or dark creepy Halloween night
Isle of sgail: not really sure for this but a day time map would be sick
New York: it’s DLC so I’m not sure we’d get anything anyway
Haven island: same as NYC
Dubai: night time map beautiful skies and black tie event for the elite
Dartmoor: I think the garden show was superb and all I want
Berlin: gas station 100%
Chongqing: Chinese lunar year party in the streets with parades and fireworks
Mendoza: I’m not really sure with this one so I guess nothing
Carpaithan mountains: again I’m not really sure 
I’m not bothered if I didn’t do what you’re suppose to I thought it was fun doing this so 
Chongqing: Add life to the arcade, and add more area to the streets, with more civilians and street guards roaming around. Extra space could harbor potential for a bonus mission with marketplaces on the streets. Also, I would create some more Asian character models and add more Chinese accents to the map, since there are only like 3 and most of them sound fake
Whittleton Creek: Add access to more of the houses, add more foreign people/immigrants so it feels more like an American suburb
Bangkok: Add a pool at the back of the hotel, add a fitness room w/ accident kill opportunities, etc. Bangkok could use a lot of changes
if i could change one map and one map only, it’d definitely be chongqing…
i’d add food stalls and way more NPCs. fireworks would do the map wonders too.
the problem with chongqing for me is that it feels like i’m the most important thing happening on the map… a feeling i don’t get in most other maps… i dunno, just my 2 cents 
Dubai - increase Casino floor and Room like Bangkok & hokkaido that you can start from there…
Chongqing - increase more space, food stands and stores open with little market with pigs and fish
And the hash building something like Lee hong building with traditionap chinese style…
And of course Chinese music to the map . And Train station available !!!
Bangkok - Pool to the map and little visit to the more place in bangkok outside
Paris - the street outside travel really cool
Hokkaido - little more space ouside with little tradional japanese building with master sword that will be that Target like Hashimoto
Berlin - Bonus map party in outside like Half moon party in the jungle🤣

Hokkaido
I recently went out of bounds and running up and down the mountain is awesome and gives me H2 vibes. If you could possibly start at the bottom of the mountain as an alternate spot (maybe there would be a site that allows sniping and malfunctioning the hospitals power), that would be an awesome alternate route.
Berlin
I wish the gas station portion was populated and possibly a couple more buildings before the trail portion.
Paris: extend the map beyond the gates, just as IO had originally intended. they have fully modeled stuff out there and they could have utilized that space for a bonus mission or something.
Berlin: the gas station. make it so that you can go inside, maybe there could be a couple coins in there or items for KO. as it is, this area of the map is aesthetically pleasing and awesome with the glowing lights and rain puddles, but it doesn’t quite serve that much of gameplay purpose. it’s more there for story than anything else imo
Haven: the ocean. let 47 be able to wade deeper into it. this would have no real point other than i like seeing his clothes get wet lol
Colorado : I don’t really mind the every zone is an hostile zone part of it but I do mind how flat the map is. Both in level design and in social design. There are no real shortcuts or alternative routes in the levels and there is only one heavily segregated hierarchy.
It’s Colorado, the Midwest in the middle of nowhere, it’s prime location for a decommissioned ICBM Silo. Maybe with multiple entrances around the normal level and an alternate hierarchy.
Berlin can be cool for bonus mission
Beer festival outside include gas station party with dj and everything in german style
Bangkok: Must I say anything
Haven: As someone else said, Steven’s island kinda sucks and would be cool to have a little house or something on
Chongqing: This wouldn’t work for story purposes (or probably gameplay purposes lol) but removing the entire ICA facility and instead making the city area more deep and actually putting a target there. The whole schtick of the map is the awesome neon lights and there isn’t even a target that ever goes really down to the area where all the advertisements take place (and you go underground for half the mission lmao)
