Ah yes, been wanting this one for a long time but pretty much gave up expecting it. Since it looks nothing like the Black Lily, and because of that deep red on the grip, I’ve taken to calling this baby the Bloodballer.

I have mixed feelings about disguise unlocks like the Vampire Magician, the Scarecrow or the Bank Robber. If we can chose them from any suit start a lot of the specific contracts won’t work the way they were intended. No objection to any other suits (although I never care for any of those, 47 could wear the same suit for every mission if it was up to me).
I would prefer to see some new unique tools and not even more reskins. Maybe except for the Sieker (we have already a few Kalmer reskins) or the EMP.

Some ideas I had for new content, using items/suits that are already available in the game, many of these are unused items that exist in the game files but can’t be unlocked without mods:
Unlockable Items ideas
Challenge Reward: Water Canister and Assassins HWK21 Covert
Two items that are only available in Freelancer. The Water Canister allows players to go for accident kills that work in conjunction with electrocution items, while the Assassins’ HWK21 is a cool themed silenced pistol.
Solution: Make them both available for other game modes by adding them as separate Challenge rewards.

Challenge Reward: Emetic Chewing Gum
The Emetic Chewing Gum is an unique item that has been sitting in the game files for years. It’s non suspicious and can be thrown or dropped on the ground, and NPCs will go eat it and then go vomit to the bathroom. There is no item that has this exact emetic functionality, so it allows for unique gameplay scenarios. Its closest relative, the Sedative Chewing Gum, is already available as an unlockable item, obtained by purchasing the Seven Deadly Sins DLC.
SOLUTION: Turn the Emetic variant of the Chewing Gum into a challenge reward, to complement the Sedative Chewing Gum item we already have.
Challenge Reward: ICA Black Lilly MK 3
A blood-red Baller pistol with an unique silencer and an engraving of the modernized variant of the Fleur de Lys. Already mentioned by @LandirtHome above, it has been sitting in the game files for years.
Solution: Make this item a Challenge reward, to go with one of the briefcases that already has the same modern Fleur de Lys motif.
Twitch Drop Idea: Aluminum Travel Briefcases
The HITMAN 2 Aluminum Travel Briefcase and HITMAN 3 Aluminum Travel Briefcase are two unused items that have been sitting in the game files since 2021.
These briefcases are unique because they feature the location stickers for their respective games, that turn them into distinct variants of the HITMAN 1 Aluminum Travel Briefcase (a separate item that was awarded to select players during HITMAN 2’s release in 2018).
Solution: Seeing as how these items are unique, and how the original Travel Briefcase was also time-limited, these could possibly serve the Twitch Drop format well.
Challenge Pack Idea - Bloody Butcher
The Bloody Butcher Suit (from 2004’s Hitman: Contracts) and its two associated items (Butcher’s Saw and Butcher’s Hook) have been sitting unused in the game files for years at this point. It’s been speculated that these were remnants of an unused challenge pack that would come with the HITMAN 3 Deluxe Edition DLC, but it never happened.
Solution: Create a themed Challenge Pack with unique challenges to finally unlock each Butcher item legitimately.
Unlockable Suits Ideas
These were mentioned above by other users but I still want to point them out. These arere variants of existing location suits that would be nice to have as unlockables since they have unique details that the “standard” versionsdon’t have:
Turtleneck Suit With Regular Gloves
This suit, mentioned by Heisenberg above, has been historically requested since 2016. As I recall it was an unused Elusive Target reward for HITMAN 2016 but it was never made available in the game proper. We have an unlockable version already but it comes without gloves, so it’s not fully the same.
Solution: Make it a proper Challenge Reward.(I don’t know if it’s in the game files or not so here’s a pic from HITMAN 2016).
Tactical Gear Suit - Hatless Variant
The default Suit when playing Colorado is a cool leather jacket over a bald 47. The unlockable version we have, however, comes with a somewhat ugly hat. Some players would REALLY love to use the hatless version in other maps.
Solution: Make the hatless version available as a Challenge Reward.

Suburban Suit with (Regular) Gloves
The default suit for Whittleton Creek. Ever since 2018, some players don’t like the suits that have driving gloves in them, including the unlockable version of this suit, so they’d like to have an option with regular gloves, seeing as how this is one of the few Signature Suit variants in the game that come with a closed jacket.
Solution: Make the regular gloves version of the suit available as a Challenge Unlock.

Probably one of the best challenges in recent memory like this was "Faster than ROCCO! "(complete “The Last Yardbird” in 1:47 or less). That was both intense, rewarded game knowledge, and was super satisfying to beat. But I will admit it is quite difficult too, especially given how sniper assassin rules differ from the main game, and it does take a while to get a hang of things.

I have more ideas scattered around the place.
As for Twitch Drops…I’m kinda getting tired of them now. I’m not even against having them. But going out of game to amass a pile of increasingly useless unlocks that only differ in colour doesn’t feel that great after a while. Besides, I think we’ve covered most of the basic unlocks in purple anyway. The only way to go is up the usefulness scale, and that’d raise problems with limited time “very useful/ overpowered” weapons becoming unlocks.
You can see why i’m concerned, no?

Careful. I know purple is Twitch’s thing, but still, there’s five more colors to work with (not including white, black and brown in this). They do their last reskin in purple, and then next up is… yellow.

Yep, @Codename-24 had it right, we just like to wind up @Heisenberg by denying him the Tactleneck With Gloves.
(But the Tactical Gear suit without the Hunters Hat - in other words, the default Colorado suit - would still be my #1 choice if we can’t have both… 
)

And keep in mind, the Tactical Gear outfit is just the Tactical Turtleneck with both gloves and a jacket, so the Tactleneck (nice, btw!) with gloves is possible by just removing the jacket.

To give you the cultural context, that’s not my clever little portmanteau, that’s from the animated series Archer (2009) and almost certainly inspired IOI when they named the suit in HITMAN.
But the inspiration runs both ways because the Archer showrunners used a carbon copy of the Nightcall Hawke’s Bay house in an episode that aired a year or two after HITMAN 2 was released.

They would only be visually the same. Just like with the Superfan or Plague Doctor suits, they would only have the same benefits you would get with the Signature suit. That shouldn’t interfere with any contracts as far as I know.
While we’re at it, let’s go for the actual Kashmirian suit!
Ah yes, the similarly named Cashmerian suit won’t at all be confused with the Kashmirian suit.

Pretty sure the blue suit with hat and sunglasses will help avoid confusion with the grey suit with uncovered head and no glasses.

This might be a bit ambitious of me, but some new bonus missions. For example, it is mentioned that 47 at some point eliminated Aleksander Kovak, the last Yardbird, and I think it would be neat if we got some closure on that.

Over a year ago, one of your patch notes said that you can now start in any suit in Romania but that feature was never implemented. Please do that.

I’ve already DM’d this to you (my headcannon is I inspired this thread idea 
), but in 2026 to make some ETs a little more fresh - theme some of them around the existing seasonal content.
ie:
- Activate some Paris ETs in December, but have the mission load the Holiday Hoarders brick as well so the palace is covered in Christmas decorations.
- Activate The Politician in October and load in the props from the Hawkes Bay Halloween escalation so you’re running past them as you approach the house to kill the target.
- Activate a Berlin ET around Easter while also loading in the Berlin Egg Hunt decorations. BEH even adds Easter props inside the club, even though this area is locked off in it.
- …and so on.
Make them feel somewhat different to the years past. As an example of some of the above:
Also, expand the ET roster so that every ET goes live in 2026 (excluding The Disruptor and THe Wildcard) instead of leaving some to rot in the game files. There is enough ETs from H1, H2 and H3 that you could have an ET going live almost every week of the year (and still have space for extended CelebrET runs).

End the exclusive platform suit exclusivity, bring the Blue/Green/Black Streak suits (PlayStation/Xbox/PC) and the Black Turtle Streak (iOS) to all platforms as unlocks.
Switch 2 DLCs (the Signature Pack and the Quack Pack) to other platforms.
