I think thereā€™s a guy that walks around under there. I knocked him out and stashed him in the crate down there when I recreated it but maybe his route takes out of falling bell range every once in a while?

By the way, this contract can get soft-locked.

When one of the targets meets with this guy in a white suit, he goes to Abiattiā€™s photo shoot area, and just stands there. Forever.
I could have tried to coin lure him away like the other guy, but there were too many NPCs around and thatā€™s how I lost my coins.

I did realize that, and also thought about giving the contract a timer because of it, but I just hoped for the best and thought that I did something that made him soft-locked.

Reminder to those who still want to play it:

After looking back, I also realized he already had a backstory. He owns a chemical plant that polluted a villageā€™s water supply and killed 157 children with and got away with it scot-free. He also got rid of witnesses.
