Detailed briefing:
Good evening, 47. Your targets are once infamous gangster Manmohan Nadig and culinary artist Utsaw Nigam. They both have a knack for drugs and they have since formed a shady partnership in South America and have built a fortune there by selling illegal narcotics. Authorities have put out a warrant for their arrests, and the targets have since fled. Now they are taking refuge in Sinhi Venthan’s pirate base on Ambrose Island. Security is tight, especially with Noel Crest also being on the island. They will most likely be around the central hub and village. Intel suggests Utsaw Nigam has gone undercover as a chef. Look for someone who looks out of place or not doing their job.
Along with your targets, our client also wants one of their accomplices taken care of: Either pacify Reksa Samosir, a generous buyer of these narcotics, or Farah, the overseer of the central hub and the one who gave them a home. Both of them are confirmed to be staying at Farah’s.

Optional Objectives:

-Blow up or burn down the drug lab (+15.000)
-Neutralize the satellite control unit (+15.000)
-Don’t use the map to locate your targets (+20.000) (you can still use Ctrl if you’re near the targets)

Hahaha, you’re getting really into the Farah quests. That’s just related to the main mission and a long Mission Story, essentially to unlock a new kill opportunity.

You can go back to her in any disguise to complete the quests, idk i guess she respects pirates and rogues like that. Dunno if it’ll do you any good to complete them for this random contract though!

Followed the rules, score: 125,294+15,000=140,294
I decided to do the control unit thing and possibly kill the targets with a molotov. No idea why I couldn’t place the explosive in the briefcase without putting the detonator there, it surely can be done with other explosives. Using only the explosive didn’t work (the guard disarmed it) so I had to go into the cave myself. I decided to kill just one of the targets with the molotov but that went horribly wrong and even though I was able to kill him silently, he was found shortly after that. 
Getting the second target and Farah went smoothly.

I also tried to get both targets with the Molotov. An unfortunate series of events saw me not only throwing the frog grenade in front of a crowd of people, but the Molotov as well! 
To top it all off, the Molotov didn’t even land in between them but instead hit one directly in the face, which shielded the other. Killing the second also went “smoothly” for me as I just shot him point blank while fleeing in a hail of gunfire.
Though I failed to get both of the targets with the Molotov, I did use the one from the map and I didn’t use the map find the targets (actually literally bumped into one on the street!). I didn’t do any of the other optional objectives because I was too busy being thrown out quite aggressively (though I did have plans to pacify Farah…)!
62,507+20,000 (no map)+5,000 (in map Molotov) (?)= 87,507 OR 82,507 (if one only gets any Molotov points if both targets die from it)
