Ok so i am following the “foxer” the guy in glasses with green shirt’s meeting with the penthouse guy, but cannot pop the location of Hans Lucht. I am pretty sure i found hi in the middle of the building, and he just keeps wanering around, and never goes outside the bounds of anywhere. Any ideas?
Ok, sees to be glitched, but i threw a screwdriver past the crowd, and walked back into the meeting floor in the middle and finally got the guy, and yes, you must interact with him.
