You can’t log in to the game or to the IOI account itself?
When you go to account.ioi.dk and press big red Sign In, you go to login page where you can see red link “Forgot Password? (Or don’t have one” nearly at the bottom of the page, click there and follow instructions

Have you tried to use the Recover Account?
You should only need the email used.
It is in the IoI account itself on the site. I want to get twitch drops.
I was registering for an email that I can no longer access.
You can’t regain access to that email by recovering password or speaking to support?
In that case I’m afraid you’ll need to register a new IOI Account.
But you better speak to IOI Support, maybe they have a sulution, like transferring your account to another e-mail or something.
I vaguely remember I changed email in the past, but I had all my credentials and access.
