I have a huge problem with “Lighten up”. I’ve been trying to do this damn task for three days, but it just doesn’t work. Does anyone have a tip for me? I play Hitman on PS4 Pro.

Do it using a custom contract, not the main mission. Search the challenge name and you’ll find a contract with easy targets. Biggest thing is (via Hitman Wiki):
While each assassination must be seen, the target themselves will witness their own death. You are not required to burn the targets in sight of others.
Can’t remember if this challenge can be done using the Wickerman easter egg!?
