A few months ago I started making these pulp fiction style WoA book covers and posting them on Tumblr. Thought you might like to see a few of my favourite ones so far 
I want to learn how to use Blender to make these a bit more 3D, but that’s way beyond my skill set for now haha.
Inspired by covers from Mills & Boon/Harlequin Romance, Point Horror, Choose Your Own Adventure, and other detective and sci-fi paperbacks.
