I’ve already asked @Vicks if another contract could be made using this meme… Or something based on it, and they said it would be okay. I didn’t want to put this forth and anyone think I was “stealing it”.

So the idea I had was a contract for Colorado, scarecrow disguise, and accident kills… using (I guess) Fire(?). It’d be up to the player to use the EE (which might require KO’ing a number of nearby guards). Or using some of the oil barrels. On one hand, I don’t think the kills should be too easy/obvious (might make it boring)… But there might not be any better way to do it.
If the EE is “invoked” maybe some disguise switching would be necessary. Or just have it as a stealth contract sneaking most places in the scarecrow disguise.
So the pic that could be used (I’m thinking) a cute 47 dressed as the scarecrow (sitting in the chair) but with guards on fire around him.

I tried finding some targets… But didn’t feel too good about the ones I chose. And kill methods are hard to choose. I think accidents would be best so bodies wouldn’t need to be hidden.

A short description of the contract: While I thought of triggering the Easter Egg to get fire accident kills, I realized that’s almost impossible when going for targets in different parts of the map. AND… I didn’t want to just make the targets easy (boring) kills that go near oil barrels. I also thought of having 4 unarmed kills (neck snaps), but that limits player freedom (and they’d have to be pretty brave if they’re a less experienced player), but that IS an option! A sniper is another way this contract can be done. And it’s pretty much mandatory to bring to trigger the EE. But if no Sniper Rifle them maybe smuggle the oil canister 
to kill Burgess. It can be done either way.
The only complication is KO’s are not permitted but not an instafail.
