There is a security vulnerability in QNE versions prior to 1.28.1 (as well as legacy QNE for QN 2.1, which has no patched version) which allows the arbitrary execution of code when loading any entity or patch file (including binary TEMP/TBLU):

TL;DR Make sure you are on the latest QNE version (legacy QNE for QN 2.1 is also affected) or it’s possible to be hacked just by loading any QN file.
