Dear IO Interactive / HITMAN World of Assassination Development Team,
I would like to request improvements to the PS VR2 experience in HITMAN World of Assassination.
First, please consider adding a camera zoom feature for the PS VR2. It would be extremely useful to be able to zoom in and see objects, locations, and other details up close through the camera. This would greatly improve immersion and make it easier to inspect the environment while playing in VR. Also because some missions require the players to use the zoom feature on the camera to inspect or find things with it. I don’t understand how this was overlooked, or not considered when the development team converted the game into VR mode.
I would also like to report an issue with the grip and object-holding mechanics on PS VR2. When I have my settings configured to use the toggle option for grabbing and holding objects, items frequently drop out of my hands during use. This is especially frustrating because I then have to repeatedly pick the object back up and continue holding the R1/L1 buttons just to use it properly.
The toggle grip option should allow objects to remain securely in the player’s hand until the player intentionally releases them. Please consider improving the grip functionality and fixing this issue as soon as possible, as it negatively affects the gameplay experience and makes interacting with objects unnecessarily frustrating.
Thank you for your time and for continuing to improve HITMAN World of Assassination for PS VR2 players. I hope these issues can be addressed in a future update.
Sincerely,
A concerned PS VR2 player
