To do this
You need the militia cook disquise
After you lure him to the corner near the crate knock him out take disquise and be careful one guy walks back and forth but you will get time to hide body.
Where the cook normally stands use instinct is a trey with 2 mini pumpkins grab both you need 3.
The 3rd is near the scarecrow, use instinct and the apricot bins one of them is a pumpkin grab.
I did find a 4th pumpkin all the way over near where pavarti talks to the mechanic fixing the van, there is a mini kitchen where 2 guards are 1 of them lying on the couch. That room use instinct is another pumpkin, in case you miss and need a backup.
I would play on casual mode, you will have ability to unlimited saves and can save after getting all pumpkins and after hitting a target.
You just need to hit 3 of the 4 main targets
Rose
Pavarti
Graves
Berg
I hit Rose near the explosive area,
Graves near the scarecrow
Berg near the shack
Cook disquise is a trespassing area around house so best to hit 3 targets away from the house.
Once all 3 were hit
I got the elite guard disquise and eliminated all targets
You don’t have to but to get credit I finished the mission
