Season of Envy | Roadmap

I think everyone at Colorado, including the two elusive targets, was somehow related to the goings on there. It wasn’t a very concrete relationship, but I think they mentioned that they were there on militia business at least.

He’s there to keep the militia’s finances in order, so that Grey’s operation doesn’t spend too much in any one area that they have to sacrifice in another. Or something like that.

Thank you @schatenjager and @Heisenberg :relaxed:

Adding challenges that require some effort to do is certainly better than the ones they added for the Tactical Turtleneck and Goldballer, which you got by simply beating the level.

Even though the Rave challenge was an easy thing I’ve done a million times on that map, it did remind me that I enjoyed loading up maps to do new challenges. Don’t know why IO became so opposed to challenge packs.

I had a blast doing the challenge cause this was the first time in several months I actually played Berlin’s main mission “properly” (ie not killing everyone in strange ways and actually going for Silent Assassin). This was also the first time I did the E.T. exit easter egg.

Eh, I didn’t give a shit about that decision.

They could have kept the Goldballer, but I’ll take the Tac Turtleneck in any way they want to send it over. I’ve only been waiting 5 years for it.

Wouldn’t have minded it actually having some gloves added.

What is with you guys and gloves

Aesthetics? Because assassins wouldn’t leave fingerprints behind?

47 was genetically engineered, I doubt he has fingerprints. Even if he did, they’re not going to be in any database lol.

maybe he gets cold hands? :triumph: he doesn’t have hair on his head to warm him.

but seriously, gloves can add just that little bit to make a suit look more awesome.

I also don’t get the glove love. They’re… fine. If you’re very into roleplaying and the “serious assassin” stuff, I get it.

But I prefer suits without gloves.

Yes, for those reasons. 47 may or may not have fingerprints - it depends on whether or not Ort-Meyer implanted him as an embryo in a surrogate’s body until he was viable and then grew him in an incubator the rest of the way until he was ready, in which case he would have fingerprints - but human hands still have other identifying marks aside from fingerprints.

But it’s not just leaving marks that the gloves would prevent; they would help prevent 47 from cutting himself and leaving blood behind; getting blood from his targets on his hands; keeping his hands clean from other substances, such as vomit and toilet water from when he’s drowning someone; getting gunpowder on his hands from shooting his guns; keeping a firm grip on people or objects if his hands are sweating; etc…

It just looks the part of being professional.

Singular Challenges by themselves are not bad, but a lot of the packs were a chore to get through because so many of the challenges were fetch quests or do a really specific thing without getting spotted.

It is not. I did not know you could even do that in that outfit.

But its part of the scripted kill

Just watched the roadmap trailer from IOI.

I must say this DLC looks really cool this month. Plenty of stuff to keep us busy and some really cool unlocks.

Anyone know if the Rave on challenge can be completed in contracts mode?

@JaM_47 I’m still not sure what to think of it, but thanks that was funny. Dropping the beat…

Also, about the glove love. I’m totally in awe for @Heisenberg 's reply but let us all be honest. We love gloves on our 47 because he looks freaking snazzy with them on!

That makes sense.

Some suits just look better without gloves to me.

After all, it is just a game and I’m not worrying about simulated fingerprints

I do like 47 to look boss though.
