IO's Failure to Communicate

There’s been a few discussions on this topic in various threads recently, so thought it might be a good idea to have a thread on it to house it all. IO’s communication has gotten absolutely horrid in 2024. Recent examples: Communicating that the servers would go into maintenance mode in March 2024 just five minutes before it happened.
