So, I can’t make blanket statements because that doesn’t make them fact, but you have no problem saying this? There’s a disconnect here.
Uh, yes it is. That’s how opinions work. I think what you’re looking for is my opinion isn’t absolutely true, and that’s an entirely different story. And let’s not pretend that I hold the sole distinction of being the only person around here who states their opinion in words that convey it as fact, with the knowledge that those reading will understand that it is an opinion being stated and not a fact. I think that one slipped past you.
Considering the intensity of your response to what was a harmless statement, I don’t think you’re actually seeing the irony.
Anyway, I too have no desire to derail, so for the topic at hand: Is anyone finding any other so-called fixes that aren’t actually showing as fixed? Of the ones listed in the release, I only knew about the boat one, so don’t really know what other issues aren’t showing fixed at all despite saying it is.
That was my first thought as well when I saw it. I wonder if it was meant to be a continuation of their (hopefully) humorous jabs at PN as being only good for knocking out people.
New ET is great, but I’m not a fan of Isle of Sgail, so it will spoil the fun for me.
New challenges also something worth looking into, but only a couple of them which could be done within an hour.
Glad though that players’ ideas are being implemented at least challenges-wise.
Old Elusive Targets schedule is strange.
At least roadmap shows only three of them and two are reactivated simultaneously and far away in August.
Not so good.
No actual game updates for months is frustrating.
Game still badly needs tons of tweaks and bug polishing, but IOI seems just decided to preserve it as it is which is also frustrating.
Overall, happy but not happy
Okay, in terms of unlocks for the rest of the game’s lifecycle, I know to expect nothing more than reskins as anything “new”, at most.
And for this roadmap, these items are obviously already in the game and can easily just be added to our starting inventories. The ICA Explosive I can understand. That thing has been Freelancer exclusive for a long time. The Durian, I also understand. Yet another long-range poison method using a unique item from Ambrose. And the Unicorn Horn. Sure. Okay. Another lethal melee weapon and it’s a stabby screwdriver-like.
But… The Pinot Noir bottle?? Really? Oh, IOI, a breakable non-lethal melee is one of the last things we’d need. This is… such a weird decision. Haha, great joke or something.
Sadly, I have to wait 1-2 months for more ETs, I’m like 1 more away from getting my Blood Money suit and Signature suit with gloves. I also got my SA 5X challenge in the distruptor.
So true! This is like the Crystal Ball gimmick thing back in Hitman 2016. Getting level 10 professional mode mastery in Marrakesh attained you a one time melee item!
