Seeing as you have two explosions, the second the duck itself, I don’t think it will work with oil puddles though.
Edit: can confirm it doesn’t work well with Oil puddles. The duck explosion will eliminate the target in a non-silent assassin explosion kill before the burn animation and fire kill actualize.

So this Dragon Duck shoots fire for a very short split second after being activated and before blowing itself up?
Niche usage, but a new and unique item is always welcome.
