I downloaded TikTok tonight (absolute pain in the arse) and when I finally got it up and running, there was no live streams! Don’t know what the success rate will be for this one, but everyone just keep me updated

I managed to get the drop or reward or whatever term TikTok uses on the replay today. I was so engaged with the original stream on twitch that I completely forgot last night (probably because I don’t have the app or account).
I made sure to set myself up this morning with an account on TikTok and following the Hitman account, so that when I got the email notification for twitch of the rebroadcast at 11am EDT I opened the app and saw the account was live. I just needed 5 minutes to have the duck after everything was done.
Not sure what the engagement will be. The app and account will collect digital dust on my phone, and it is not focused on the games medium like twitch is, so it is a bit odd and not instinctive (as my first paragraph shows). I am sure the metrics will be lacking compared to twitch for engagement, but who knows.
There’s a stream live currently with the WoA tag but it doesn’t work? Think the earn requirements need to change to match how it’s worded in the blog post.
A unique reward is available to be earned by watching HITMAN content between June 6th – July 6th on TikTok. Please refer to the guidelines on how to earn the reward below.

This shows any stream for the reward.
But I think you are right in that the requirements will need to be changed as it shows IOI Showcase.
This states it ends in 28 days which aligns with the blog post (6th July) they just need to extend the requirements to any Hitman stream.

I’ve seen The Casual Hitman streaming on TikTok, but the stream hasn’t been placed in the WoA category. Was showing as empty while their stream was online.
I guess thats the issue? 
Yeah obviously the only account linked is IO’s official one and that doesn’t stream regularly.
Its picked up the game they were playing as it’s shown on the stream so unsure why it doesn’t show in the WoA category.
Hoping they change the requirements or provide some further clarity on it.
Don’t want to miss out.
How do you feel about a digital ducker being available via alternate platforms?
- I’ll gladly do what I must to obtain it. It’s no big deal.
- I will begrudgingly do what is required in hopes of snagging it.
- I would kind of like to have it, but I don’t think it’s worth the effort to get it.
- I don’t even need it! The fact that using another platform is required to obtain it makes me want it that much less.

It wouldn’t be too bad if anyone was actually streaming in the category so that those that want it could get it. But not checking how often people actually stream the game on TikTok before deciding to do this drop was a massive blunder.

Exactly, in principal the requirements set out in the patch notes are easy enough, especially if you already have a TikTok account.
It just needs amending their side to allow for anyone streaming WoA to be part of the requirement.
I don’t so much mind the Twitch unlocks after watching a Stream for an hour, but the unlocks on TikTok are more than frustrating.
