So, hitman3.exe tries to get more RAM (not VRAM) than it usually uses while walking in Chongqing wearing Facility Analyst Suit.

Don’t know if this is related to your problem. But I always had crashes in Chongqing when I came from the underground facility up to the street. Never the other way around or on any other map. Solved it by playing this particular map with very low settings.

Not suit related. At least for me. Had this crash in any suit when going from the facility to the street.
I think you just have some problems with your hardware or drivers. Have you checked in event viewer for the error code and maybe some errors before the crashes?
