Suits that cannot be unlocked

Anyone who bought Hitman 3 goty acces pass , did you get the 3 suits ? ( raven , cowboy and clown ) ??

And is it also possible to unlock the smart casual suit from H2 without progresion carry over ?

I’ve got those suits. Although Hitman 3 was my first Hitman game, so I bought all the DLC without having to worry about progression transfer.
