Various maps allow 47 to perform “long distance push kills”. In essence it boils down to luring your target to a zone that is considered the edge of the map and then taking advantage of the “trip” mechanic, whereby NPCs that are shot in the legs will fall and move slightly. It involves some RNG with the ragdoll mechanic, as the NPC can fall forward or back, which is why it is best performed with a low-damage firearm. The zones have to be without guardrails or walls, as those heavily obstruct this strategy.
Without further ado, below is the list of optimal areas on each of the Hitman WoA map where you can attempt this strategy (and if you know of any zones not mentioned in this guide, please leave a comment below):
Hitman 1:
Freeform Training (Yacht) - zones near the pier and the lowest level of the yacht (back entrance).
Sapienza - pier and the water-adjacent area of the underground lab. Funnily enough you can drown fishermen at the edge of the map while sniping from the balcony of 47’s apartment.
Bangkok - pier area. You can snipe from one of the guest rooms that has a view towards the pier or stand on the glass overpass/ceiling area.
Colorado - a very narrow water pit near the south side of the map (east of the small shed, south of the house with the injured pointman).
Hokkaido - the exact area where 47 uses Yoga Instructor kill opportunity. You can lure NPCs to the edge of the platform with a shot, though in contracts/freelancer there are easier ways to kill spa targets.
Hitman 2:
Hawke’s Bay - seashore. Practically only applicable to the targets patrolling by the shore. You can snipe from the roof of the villa.
Miami - the very long bayside area that covers the entirety of the west side of the map. You might’ve noticed that emetic-poisoned targets tend to sometimes wander to vomit into the sea - you can drop them into the water with a shot in the legs.
Santa Fortuna - River-adjacent areas in the entire map, including the fishing village, construction site, jungles, coca fields and Delgado mansion’s pier.
Mumbai - pier and the top level of the construction site (drops bodies into the cement pit)
Whittleton Creek - river-adjacent edges of the map in the west and the north of the map as well as any sewer holes opened beforehand (those have a very small area, so it is tricky, but nonetheless possible).
Ambrose Island and Haven Island - any water adjacent areas as well as shallow water zones (any npc that falls there will “drown”). In Haven there’s also the pool areas in the center of the map and the mansion area.
Isle of Sgail - rocky edges that waves crash against as well as the pier (default entry point). Check the video for reference.
Hitman 3:
Dubai - opened elevator shafts. You can also easily set up banana kills here by pairing them with a coin (might make a video on that one in the future).
Dartmoor - any water-adjacent edges of the map as well as the Alexa Carlisle’s open grave. In certain contracts/freelancer-mode missions, you get multiple targets at the graveyard, all of which can be pushed to the open grave from across the map.
Berlin - east portion of the map with water.
Chongqing - sewer holes opened beforehand (several across the map).
Mendoza - northernmost pier area (near the boat exit) and edges of the Don Yates’ mansion (there are guardrails, but not in all areas).
Romania - any open sections of the map (usually with armored soldiers).
