The 2015 HITMAN E3 Trailer is everything I look for in Hitman

I first fell in love with Hitman when Hitman 2016 was free on PS Plus and since then have been OBSESSED with the franchise. Theres something about the aesthetic of H2016 that just particularly catches me. That super clean, ultra modern and mostly white/grey look of the UI, love it.

So back to the trailer; I find it difficult to even express why I love it so much but it gets me fucking pumped. It’s a mix of the music (amazing choice for this trailer), the way the trailer is cut and then there’s that amazing final scene where 47 catches the bullet casing, that is just …

I don’t know if any of you feel the same about this but I love this trailer to death, it’s my favorite trailer ever.

So I guess what I’m trying to say:

  1. I have an obsession with HITMAN
  2. Does anyone else share my enthusiasm for this trailer and H2016 in general?
  3. Hitman: WoA is the best immersive sim

This is also one of my favorite trailers :slight_smile: the mysteriousness of it all and frantic editing style, serving its own narrative as well.

Looking back at it now it also makes me miss the 2016-era cutscenes, but I understand why they didn’t repeat them, they look pretty expensive lol

I wonder at what point of development this trailer was even conceived. Paris isn’t far from what we see today, but the cave is completely missing in the lab for Sapienza and the consulate in Marrakesh seems much older. the “Jordan Cross” is much different than the one today, an entirely different location and different characterization as well. Colorado and Hokkaido are missing too.

also the Claus Hugo Strandberg in the trailer is just the Constant with glasses in this trailer I think haha
