Yeah, some melees do that. I remember fish doing that, which makes sense, since I assumed some blood from the fish gets splattered on victim’s face. Here it’s probably by mistake; can’t imagine android arm being more brutal than baseball bat or fire extinguisher.

They certainly look injured when hit with heavy stuff, though this is one of the more extreme examples.
