Any mod being rebuilt by QuickEntity (or tools that use it, such as Simple Mod Framework) will cause that problem.
Creator is working on a fix but no ETA from what I have heard.

Lol, I actually love that mission, it’s my favorite of the game after Lee Hong Assassination.
All the hours spented on travel the Harbour, following the random Ninja Commando saying the pass code (never understand what they’re saying btw) for passing the goddamned gates: reaching the weapon stash and discovering the gates are now closed and guards interrupted theyr routes: sniping and cleaning those two gates that lead me to Boris ship: planting the bomb on the limo without being spotted and killing only that guard standing on it : killing that sailor near the passway undetected, wearing his outfit and get inside the ship. Then, reach the engine room, cleaning it and waiting Boris activating the nuke and let him run away. Deactivating immediatly the nuke and let Boris blow himself on his limo (poetic justice). Then killing that isolated engine crew member hidden at the bottom of the stairs and then get the ship for myself. Such memories, I missed those times.
Sorry for bothering you with this long post, I just get nostalgic.
