Game Pass Ultimate price jumps, from 18 euros to 27.
So that’s me stopping using it. As sporadic as it was.
A shame, it was great to discover AA games. (Pentiment. Gris, Jusant…)
Definitively will have to migrate to PC soon.

Looks like the price hike will happen in November. I checked my subscription and it says I’ll be charged $20 for October.
Adding features no one asked for, trying to justify the price increase. More games to choose from it’s just a waste. I am not playing more than x hours in a month. The more games they add, the more wasteful the offer. Just let me choose the games I want to play ( maybe after a cloud trial of 2 hours ) and lower the price.
And please the next price increase save me from marketing bs and just write clearly the changes without you “XBox is committed to…”. I had to use your f..ing Copilot to summarize the changes.

50% markup is egregious and the stuff added quite literally benefits PC and Fortnite players.
Game Pass really needs an annual subscription method. I’d much rather pay for ultimate in 12 month intervals at a reduced price
I agree about an annual plan. Even the family plan they trialed I might have bite at this price point as my son uses GP.
But for now, I will down grade next May when my current subscription comes due (unless I purchase a couple of 3month codes).
I wish they had the option to select what features we wanted. I just need Essentials plus GP plus Day One. Why pay for features I don’t need (EA, Ubi, Fortnite, etc).
KCD2 coming to Gamepass, including the “premium” tier which is what I recently downgraded to. Huzzah! Now I just need 250 free hours.
I actually haven’t quite finished the first one. Still slowly wrapping up a couple of DLC side quests. The game is brilliant and frustrating, and apparently the sequel takes it to a whole other level.
