I can do the pleasantries, mostly. And the first conversation in the morning completely in Italianš

Memorize the conjugation of the three regular verb groups 
thatās words ending in ā-areā, ā-ereā and ā-ireā. Then onto irregular ones for common verbs like fare and essere, which donāt follow the rules of those groups.
