Just kill him exactly like I did in my video and the challenge will pop up.

Edit: In my video the challenge doesn’t pop up, because I already got it before.

Even on H1 and H2 a lot if the mission story challenges required very specific steps to get them to pop. Good suggestion, thanks.

If you do the mission story, the challenge does not pop up. It must be a bug.

Well done. On Xbox Series X, the bug doesn’t pop during the light rig mission, but Novikov walking along the front does.
the timing needs to be exact, just after he starts walking in front of the stage.
