Funniest part is, no one gives a shit about that coin aside from being able to 100% the crates. We just want it because we canāt have it. 
Assuming itās a 1-capacity item, I think Iād end up taking the coin on most missions actually.
I do bring the Collector Coin just because the normal version wonāt show up but I do want that elusive coin because they are useful tools for distractions.
The fact that the Coinā¢ļø is in the tool case makes me think its not some easter egg or secret, its just not in the files.
If there were some super specific way to acquire it, why bother since itāll be lost on a campaign completion anyway

I found mendoza to be a good showdown location for all of these, the waiter outfit is really easily accessible at multiple points, you can craft poison in the orchard shed for natural selection, and suspects are more likely to be foodies and dehydrated.
