I’ve just looked… Whittleton Creek felt like a good place to check.
This is from H2. All objectives are in ‘ALL CAPS’.
Then here’s this screenshot, I’m assuming it’s from H3… Only proper nouns and the first letter of sentences are in uppercase.
I personally prefer it ^this way, instead of THIS WAY. 
Eh, so… Is it only in the Sniper missions?
